Sarah Lingle is a wife, mother of two children on earth and three in Heaven, and a dedicated doula serving families in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina.

Her personal journey through both joy and loss deeply shapes the way she supports others, allowing her to walk alongside families with compassion, understanding, and faith. As a Christian, Sarah’s work is rooted in hope and the belief that no family should walk through pregnancy, birth, or loss alone.

When she isn’t serving families, Sarah can often be found enjoying the simple joys of life—especially chai lattes and a good book.
